    Hello, we were first waiting for a response from INDMAR to proceed with the warranty, since we are unfortunately not the manufacturer of the collector. However, we kept you informed every day and you even went so far as to insult one of our collaborators over the phone. And despite that, as soon as we received a response from INDMAR, we sent a new collector on 23/04 exactly. The necessary steps have been taken, best regards. (Translated review)
