Operation of the sprocket

The function of the pinion is to reverse the direction of rotations.When the engine turns, it leads the motor pinion which in turn leads the crown which is connected to the vessel's transmission shaft.The increase or decrease in the number of teeth on one of the gears affects the number of rotation of the sprocket required to rotate the crown of a full turn.

Changing your gable will have a more consequent effect on the performance of your boat.
