Simply replace one of the original nuts with a safety nut.

You can use the Mc Guard propeller lock for the following bases:

- Mercury/Mariner 70HP and up (e.g. 225HP 4-stroke up to 2005)

- Mercury Bigfoot 40HP, 50HP, 60HP (4-stroke)

- Optimax 75CV and more

- Verado 135CV and more

- Johnson/Evinrude 150HP and up (2-stroke)

Inboard Engine:

- Mercruiser Alpha I, Bravo I (including X & XR), TRS, Vazer, OMC Cobra and King Cobra

Kit including:

- 1 anti-theft nut, ¾ - 16" thread

- 1 key

- 1 washer

- 1 plastic cover

- 1 code card

Additional information:

- Thread: 3/4 x 16

- Total length: 26 mm

- Key opening: 1-1/16
