Reconditioned Mercruiser 383 MPI 350HP engine pack for Mercruiser base mounting.

All PLUS-SERIES engines are fully remanufactured. This is a genuine Mercury Marine OEM part that includes exhaust manifolds, electrical and ignition systems, so it is ready to be installed directly into a boat.

This 350HP engine has a flywheel Kilowatts of 261 with a maximum RPM (WOT) of 4800-5200 and a compression ratio of 9.0:1.

The recommended oil is Mercury MerCruiser Synthetic Blend 25W-40, rated NMMA FC-W with a fuel and ethanol tolerance of 87 octane / up to 10% ethanol.

MerCruiser 383 MPI 350HP Outboard Engine Systems:

- Engine control: ECM 555 with knock control and crankshaft trigger,

- Fuel supply: GEN II Cool Fuel with boost pump,

- Fuel injection: Multipoint electronic injection (MPI),

- Intake: Two-piece long-port intake with 75mm throttle body,

Note some other key features of this lightweight motor which has a gear selector (forward, neutral, reverse), a 180° rotation (for excellent maneuverability), as well as a large carrying handle.
