Creating an account is the first step to place an order in our home, it will allow you to follow your orders more simply.

To manage your information, just log in to your account, go to your preferences and change the information that is wrong.

To place an order, just add a product to your cart.To do this, click the "Add to Cart" button of the product you want to buy.

If the latter does not have a button add to the basket, it is that prices are not public or we do not have it in stock.

If so, you can directly request a quote from our teams that will send it to you by email with the estimated waiting time for your product.

Consult my current orders

To view your orders, you must click on the icon representing a person at the top right of your screen.

Then you will arrive on your profile, where there will be a button indicating "see my orders".

You can therefore check your orders with the tracking number and follow your orders in progress or completed.

Modify or cancel an order

To change or cancel an order, do not hesitate to contact us by email or by phone.

The delivery

How soon will I be delivered?

Depending on the chosen delivery method, if you order before 17 hours you will be delivered in maximum:

24 hours (for Chronopost) (the next day before 1 p.m.)

72 hours (for Colissimo)

Our shipping costs are calculated according to the weight of the package(s), they include shipping costs and preparation fees.

What are the available delivery means?

We can ship your orders via Chronopost, Colissimo throughout France.

If you are eligible, we can also ship your orders via Fréjus Courses (only in the PACA region for professional customers at DAM Marine).

Can I collect my order from your store?

Yes, during your order you will have a "Retir in store" option.

Can I return a product?

For all returns, you have 15 days to send us the parts or parts in the original condition and packaging.
