Our NLP waterlocks feature a two-stage design with upper and lower chambers featuring a horizontal separator plate and a rising tube through the center. Exhaust system installation, even in confined engine spaces, is greatly simplified thanks to the 360° rotating chamber and inlet and outlet connectors. For optimal exhaust noise silencing, you can also use a VETUS silencer and gooseneck after the waterlock.

Made from specially blended NAVIDURIN® composite, which is heat resistant up to 260°C.

While the NLP airlock design is already well known for its soundproofing characteristics, versatile installation options and extremely low back pressure, it now adds mechanical properties capable of meeting any challenge and placing it in a unique position on the market.

The thermal resistance to deformation under pressure is 250°C, almost double that of standard GRP materials, while the tensile and flexural strength are the same. What's more, all these advantages are available at a weight almost half that of the competition.
