Fixed bow roller size 3 suitable for ropes and chains up to 13 mm. It is made of bright polished stainless steel (AISI 316).

The MAXSET bow roller design ensures that MAXSET stainless steel and galvanized anchors, as well as similar competitor versions, are efficiently launched automatically upon anchor deployment.

When the anchor is fully retrieved, the MAXSET bow roller ensures that the anchor fits securely into the roller and does not move while the boat is underway.

The RC8-6 series in stainless steel (AISI 316) incorporates a chrome-plated bronze tray, designed to effortlessly retrieve and deploy 6mm/7mm chain spliced onto 12mm 8-strand (braided) cable.

The ingenious Wave Designâ„¢ chain/rope system (chainwheel) is capable of accommodating a wide range of chain pitch differences within the specified chain size diameters. A sleek, low-profile version and a stainless steel (AISI 316) splined capstan drum version are available. The heavy-duty stainless steel (AISI 316) pressure arm is designed to effectively help grip the cable/chain splice, giving the RC8 series an unmatched level of performance. In combination with a heavy-duty, large-diameter stainless steel (AISI 316) pre-loaded spring, the pressure arm always exerts maximum control pressure. Works equally effectively with chain-driven bicycles. The huge through deck hawse chute ensures easy entry and exit of the cable/chain in and out of the anchor locker. The sealed oil bath and marine grade hard anodized alloy gearbox provide maximum efficiency with a screw and worm wheel.

Simple two-piece installation saves time and money and allows for easy retrofitting without windlass disassembly. Unique spacer tube design allows installation on virtually any deck thickness and multiple mounting positions. Self-aligning gearbox ensures optimal gearbox and motor location in virtually any installation situation. Complete topworks disassembly is possible using only the supplied handle and an Allen key. A "free fall" manual override, using the emergency clutch crank/handle, is also provided.
