The RC6 series automatic anchor winch is made of stainless steel (AISI 316) and chrome-plated bronze suitable for use with 6mm/7mm chain spliced onto 12mm 8-plait cable.

The RC6 Series also features Maxwell's revolutionary patented Wave Designâ"¢ deck, a low-profile unit (no optional capstan drum). The vertical, in-line gearbox and motor allow for quick and easy installation. An inexpensive, high-performance, and aesthetically pleasing windlass, the RC6 is built to last and provide years of trouble-free use.

Offering most of the features of the RC8 series, the RC6 series was designed for the smaller trailer boat market.
