SUZUKI OEM SEMI 10W40 OUTBOARD ENGINE OIL - 60L DRUM
Semi-synthetic OEM lubricant specially formulated for SUZUKI 4T Gasoline Outboard engines operating in severe conditions, requiring an NMMA FC-W approved oil. The NMMA FC-W standard developed specifically for lubricants intended for marine engines, tightens the lubricant requirements compared to ordinary marine oils on the following points:
* Higher HTHS viscosity at 150°C to ensure better oil film resistance at high temperatures and to absorb dilution during prolonged idling phases.
* High temperature grade 40 to maintain better protection in severe use and tropical climates.
* Improved shear strength to maintain high temperature properties.
* Very high anti-corrosion properties to combat corrosion caused by seawater or salt spray that can rise into the combustion chamber via the exhaust. Better anti-corrosion protection during winter storage periods.
* Preservation of the original properties of the oil in case of contamination by sea water.
* Better resistance to oxidation.
* Anti-foam properties to prevent foaming and the introduction of air bubbles into the oil circuit.
* Anti-clogging properties for better protection of oil filters.
