This type of water lock is designed for modern, high-performance boats with one or two large engines that have little space to spare in the engine room. The outlet connection on top can rotate 360°, and the inlet connection is angled upwards by 45°. The MG type can only be installed in water-injected exhaust systems. Its body is made entirely of synthetic materials, therefore not susceptible to corrosion or galvanic action.

Our NLP waterlocks feature a two-stage design with upper and lower chambers featuring a horizontal separator plate and a rising tube through the center. Exhaust system installation, even in confined engine spaces, is greatly simplified thanks to the 360° rotating chamber and inlet and outlet connectors. For optimal exhaust noise silencing, you can also use a VETUS silencer and gooseneck after the waterlock.
